Applications from individuals on self-exclusion lists, from sanctioned individuals or jurisdictions, or from individuals who have previously had accounts closed for breach of these Terms will be declined.

Deposits made to op777 must come from payment accounts or bank accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder will be subject to investigation and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.

4. Bonus Policy

6. Prohibited Conduct

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus balances will be removed from the account. op777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, at any time, without advance notice, where op777 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; (c) the account poses a money laundering or fraud risk; (d) the player has provided false identity information; or (e) the player has requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.
In the event of account suspension or closure initiated by op777 for cause, op777 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, op777 may forfeit some or all of the withheld balance. Where no breach is found, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Players who have previously had accounts closed for breach of these Terms are permanently prohibited from re-registering on op777. Any attempt to circumvent a closure ban by registering a new account will result in immediate closure of the new account and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

op777's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your op777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of internationally recognised online gaming law as applied to the Bangladeshi context. op777 and the player agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where negotiation fails, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in English.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by op777 of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and op777 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and op777. op777's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
